1 General Terms & Conditions

Vb8 bit is an online Sports Betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply between vb8 bit ("we", "the Platform") and any user ("you", "member").

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

1.1 Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all of the following:

• Mobile Application Download & Usage
• Account Registration & Usage
• Placing any betting transaction

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

2 Account Registration

A valid account is required to place bets on vb8 bit. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
• Each individual may register one account only
• The mobile number and email address provided must be active and genuine
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Vb8 bit reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested prior to a first withdrawal or for transactions above a specified amount:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account
• Recent photograph (if required)

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are accountable for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at support@vb8bit.co.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vb8 bit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal
• A maximum withdrawal of ৳1,00,000 per day is allowed per account
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be suspended if KYC verification is not completed
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance; wagering requirements must be completed first

3.3 Transaction Verification

Vb8 bit reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant funds may be placed on hold and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members when betting on vb8 bit and cover all sports equally, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

4.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Bets can only be placed when the account holds a sufficient balance
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available)
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50; the maximum stake varies depending on the specific market
• No new bets will be accepted on pre-match markets after an event has started

4.2 Match Cancellations & Disputed Results

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded
• If a match is rescheduled, the bet will remain active for the new date; otherwise, the bet will be voided
• In the event of a disputed result, vb8 bit will verify the outcome through official sources and issue a final decision

4.3 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply. If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, vb8 bit reserves the right to void the bet in question.

4.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

The maximum win from a single bet is capped at ৳20,00,000 per event. Separate limits may apply for multiple bets.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vb8 bit offers a range of promotional deals from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit
• A minimum first deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify for the bonus
• A minimum of 10x wagering must be completed before the bonus amount can be cashed out
• Wagering will only count on bets placed at odds of 1.80 or higher
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited

5.2 Voucher Code Terms

• Each voucher code can only be used once
• Voucher codes have a set expiry date and will not be accepted once expired
• Selling, transferring, or using vouchers for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited

5.³ Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, manipulating the system, or exploiting promotions in any way — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vb8 bit. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Operating multiple accounts under one person's name
• Opening an account using someone else's identity or false information
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or bug
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking or unauthorized access to another member's account
• Cyberattacks or DDoS attacks against the platform
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback activity

7 Account Closure Policy

7.1 Closed by User

Any member may close their account at any time by emailing support@vb8bit.co or reaching out via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

7.2 Closure by vb8 bit

Vb8 bit reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious financial activity
• If found to be a minor
• Under the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

7.³ Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. No bets will be accepted during an active exclusion period.

8 Limitation of Liability

Vb8 bit will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets missed due to loss of internet connection or an issue with the user's device
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway
• In the event of service disruption due to force majeure
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence

Vb8 bit always strives to maintain the highest quality of service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.
